I'm Chelsea, a London-based Design Director focused on shaping experiences through brand, space and systems.

I’m obsessed with the point where brand thinking becomes something people can move through, interact with and remember. I help shape the structure around an idea as much as the idea itself, motivating teams to make confident creative decisions, maintain coherence, and move work forward with clarity under pressure.

Alongside my practice, I co-host Ladies, Wine & Design London, a non-profit community supporting women and non-binary creatives through events, talks and networking.

Outside of work, I can usually be found in a local coffee shop — or at home with my two Siamese cats, Yuki and Ciri.
